Layer Organization + Component Extraction from www.qpoint.io

The layer had ~70 components across 6 categories. As we extract reusable components from sister projects, new organizational categories are needed. www.qpoint.io had several presentation-layer components (Grid, SectionHeadline, BigPoint, Step, StepWrapper, Check) reusable across projects.

Add layout/ and content/ component categories to the layer, extract the first batch of reusable components from www.qpoint.io, and document them in the design site.

• Created components/layout/ and components/content/ directories in q-nuxt-layer
• Extracted 6 components: Grid, SectionHeadline, BigPoint, Step, StepWrapper, Check
• Updated 130 MDC references across 17 markdown files in www.qpoint.io (both kebab-case and PascalCase)
• Added 6 component entries with full documentation and interactive demos
• Updated consumers from v0.2.0 to v0.4.0 tarball

Layer now has 11 component groups (added layout + content) with 6 new components. www.qpoint.io consumes these from the layer instead of local copies. Design site documents all 6 with interactive demos.
