Index Overview — v1

Source: qdash / (the landing page) — c68 composed daily-driver

The page a security engineer is greeted with. Composed from the c59/c60 concept inventory per the c68 brief: verdict sentence → exception queue → the canonical trust & presence band (relocated from Inventory) → gateway cards (scorecard demoted to one of them) → the quiet footer. Exception-first: the queue only exists when something is wrong, so both states are designed. Meridian numbers.

Composition sources

  • Verdict sentence — fleet-overview-ideas #1 "The headline answer"; links carry the counts, tone carries the state.
  • Attention queue — ideas #2 "Needs your decision" merged with the current Exceptions strip; ranked security → decision → visibility → monitoring health. Absent when clear.
  • Trust & presence band — the c59 "7b uniform tiles" band, relocated from Inventory per the c68 dedupe decision (landing owns judgment; Inventory slims toward nouns). At-risk uses one definition (Elevated + Critical) everywhere — today qdash ships two thresholds.
  • Gateway cards — the c68 prompt's "gates" concept; every card carries judgment (tone) or it's a nav menu with numbers. The goal/gap scorecard is demoted to the wide "Vs. goals" card, rendered only when campaigns exist.
  • All-clear state — designed, not incidental: verdict goes calm, queue vanishes, the band and gateways make the page feel finished rather than empty.
