Attention as where, not how many: every agent is a cell, every shadow install a dashed ghost. A healthy fleet is a calm field; trouble is instantly spatial — you see it's sofia's corner of the fleet, not "1 finding". Hover any cell for identity; click a hot cell for the item (sofia pre-selected).

The week strip
"Since Friday" as pure geometry: events sit where they happened on a Fri → now band, and the aging config item is a long amber tail entering from the past — age is length, not a badge. Empty stretches are visible rest. Hover a marker for identity; click for the item (the egress decision pre-opened).

- 2 Fleet pixels — the only treatment that answers "where"; scales to hundreds of agents where lists collapse. Needs stable cell ordering to keep its geography honest.
