Define the standard once — condition, severity, decisions, and where it applies. Layer a framework on top to map qdash's live detections to its controls, and export the evidence packet for auditors.

c64 iteration 2 — two-column category grid, the simple variation alongside /pages/control-center's sectioned single table (iteration 1). Each category is a half-width card: sunken header band with count + rolled-up matches, compact control rows (name + mono condition, severity, matches; decision pills + edit on a second line). Trade-offs vs iteration 1: the five one-control categories stop dominating vertical space and the whole catalog fits one screen — but rows lose the aligned column grid and the expand-row details (a drill-in would go to a per-control page or sheet). Same live-data snapshot (2026-08-10), same stubs.
